FAQs

  • All therapy is conducted via telehealth for clients in Kansas and Missouri.

  • I primarily see clients on a private pay basis, however I remain on a few insurance panels including Aetna and Cigna. You may also qualify for out-of-network benefits, which means that your insurance may be able to help support the cost of our services. I take various forms of payment including all major credit cards as well as HSA cards to optimize the investment you’re making in your mental health.

  • Individual therapy sessions are an investment of $150 per session.

  • The call will be via telephone and last approximately 15 -20 minutes. Our goal is for me to learn a little bit more about what you’re looking to work on and for me to share with you a little bit about my approach to working with my clients. We will determine at the end of our call if working together is a good fit.

  • Of course life happens for everyone, therefore I always allow for 1 free of charge last minute cancellation (within 24 hours) in case of an unforeseen circumstance or emergency. Beyond that- Cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show will be charged the full session fee for holding the time for you.

  • My primary focus is helping women who struggle with anxiety. This can look a lot of different ways including overthinking, self sabotage, perfectionism, procrastination, or people pleasing to name a few.

Providing online counseling is a deep passion of mine in order to make mental health accessible for anyone wanting to prioritize their own mental health despite busy schedules!

  • My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused, Strength-Based strategies—all designed to give you practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.

I know your time is valuable, and I’m all about getting you real results, fast. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better in sessions but to equip you with actionable strategies that create lasting change. That’s why I incorporate time-efficient techniques and offer targeted homework to help you build long-term habits for managing anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout effectively—without adding more to your plate.

  • Perfectionism is just fear in a fancy outfit—it keeps you stuck, exhausted, and afraid of making mistakes. Together, we’ll tackle the underlying beliefs driving it, so you can let go of the pressure and start living on your own terms.

I’ll help you break the cycle by identifying your mental traps, rewiring your thought patterns, and giving you practical tools to stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your decisions.
