What’s the Difference?

While therapy and coaching are both valuable tools for personal growth, they serve different purposes and address distinct needs.

Therapy focuses on understanding and deep healing emotional pain, addressing mental health challenges, and exploring past experiences that may impact your present. It provides a safe space to work through anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship issues, often diving deep into patterns and root causes. Coaching, on the other hand, is more heavily future-oriented and more fast paced action-driven support. It supports you in setting and achieving personal or professional goals, improving performance, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles. Coaching assumes you are already in a stable place emotionally and focuses on empowering you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. No diagnosis required.

Both services can be transformative, and choosing the right one depends on your unique needs and goals. Some individuals even find value in working with both a therapist and a coach to address different areas of their lives.

The Freedom Formula

The FREEDOM FORMULA is my high level training program that was carefully developed for busy professional women who struggle with anxiety and perfectionism who are ready to eliminate self doubt, overthinking and self sabotage with a proven system and strategy providing guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way.

Understand how to respond verses react by implementing my FEEL to HEAL roadmap when overwhelmed with big emotions. Identify your core values and powerful belief system inspired by future you that you can grow into effortlessly.
