There’s HOPE

Many clients come to me saying they’ve tried everything and NOTHING seems to stick. They are anxious and hopeless that anything will ever make a difference.

Anxiety can be all-consuming, making it hard to focus, relax, or to believe that change is possible.

I will walk with you through the fire… I will show you the light at the end of the tunnel. I assure you with some regular practice of some SIMPLE skills…you can build the kind of life you dream about without all the anxious thoughts running the show.

My therapeutic approach is based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

Understand YOUR Anxiety

  • Increased Self-Awareness: Recognizing the thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations that accompany anxiety can help you respond rather than react.

  • Identifying Triggers: Understanding what situations, people, or experiences fuel your anxiety allows you to prepare and manage those moments more effectively.

  • Breaking the Cycle: Awareness of patterns—can help you interrupt the anxiety loop and create healthier habits.

  • Building Confidence: As you understand your anxiety, you’ll feel empowered to face challenges with clarity.

  • Gaining Control: When you understand the "why" behind your anxiety, it feels less overwhelming and more manageable.
